General rules

1. General provisions

1.1. These Rules for the Sale and Purchase of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Rules’) constitute a legally binding document for the parties, setting out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms and conditions for the purchase of goods and payment for them, the procedures for the delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties, and other provisions relating to the sale and purchase of goods in the online shop at www.greitasvokas.lt.
1.2. All legal entities and natural persons who have reached the age of majority, whose legal capacity has not been restricted by a court order, and minors aged between 14 and 18 years are entitled to make purchases from the www.greitasvokas.lt online shop, provided they have the consent of their parents or guardians, except where they have independent control over their own income.
1.3. By accepting these terms and conditions, the Buyer warrants that, in accordance with clause 1.2, they are entitled to purchase goods from the online shop at www.greitasvokas.lt.
1.4. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed to have been concluded from the moment the Buyer, having created a shopping basket in the online shop, specified a delivery address, selected a payment method and familiarised themselves with the Seller’s terms and conditions, and clicks the ‘Place Order’ button (see clause 5 ‘Ordering goods, prices, payment procedures and terms’).
1.5. Every contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the online shop at www.greitasvokas.lt.

2. Protection of personal data

2.1. The Buyer may order goods from the online shop at www.greitasvokas.lt by registering and entering the details requested during registration.
2.2. When registering on the www.greitasvokas.lt online shop, the Buyer must provide accurate personal information. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate details.
2.3. By accepting these terms and conditions, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by the Buyer may be processed for the purposes of selling goods and services on the www.greitasvokas.lt online shop, for the purposes of analysing the Seller’s business and for direct marketing. The Buyer also agrees that information messages necessary for the fulfilment of the order may be sent to the email address and telephone number provided by the Buyer.
2.4. By registering with the online shop and ordering goods, the Buyer undertakes to safeguard their login details and not to disclose them to anyone.

3. The buyer’s rights and obligations

3.1. The Buyer is entitled to purchase goods from the www.greitasvokas.lt online shop in accordance with the procedure set out in these Terms and Conditions and in other sections of this online shop.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale with the www.greitasvokas.lt online shop by notifying the Seller of this by email, except in cases where the contract cannot be cancelled under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania (e.g. where the contract relates to the sale of hygiene products – bed linen – etc.)
3.3. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods ordered and to pay the agreed price for them.
3.4. If there are any changes to the Buyer’s details provided in the registration form, the Buyer must update them without delay.
3.5. The Buyer undertakes not to disclose their login details to third parties. Should they lose their login details, they must inform the Seller immediately.
3.6. By using the greitasvokas.lt online shop, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Sale and undertakes to comply with them and not to contravene the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. The seller’s rights and obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to ensure that the Buyer is able to make proper use of the services provided by the www.greitasvokas.lt online shop.
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to compromise the stability and security of the www.greitasvokas.lt online shop, breaches their obligations, places orders without paying for them, cannot be contacted on several occasions via the specified contact details, or otherwise harms the shop’s operations or its associated social media accounts or other online platforms, The Seller reserves the right, immediately and without prior notice, to restrict, suspend or revoke the Buyer’s access to the www.greitasvokas.lt online shop, to refuse to fulfil their orders, to recover any losses incurred, and to hold malicious Buyers criminally liable.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy in relation to the personal information belonging to the Buyer, as specified in the www.greitasvokas.lt, and not to disclose it to third parties.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.

5. Ordering goods, prices, payment procedures and terms

5.1. The Buyer may make purchases online at the www.greitasvokas.lt online shop 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Orders placed by email are processed during normal working hours.
5.2. The contract comes into effect from the moment the Buyer, when shopping online, clicks the ‘Submit Order’ button, and, upon receiving the order, the Seller confirms it by sending a confirmation email to the email address provided by the Buyer.
5.3. The prices of goods in the online shop at www.greitasvokas.lt are quoted in euros.
5.4. The Buyer may pay for the goods using an online banking system. The Buyer transfers the money to the bank account of the www.greitasvokas.lt online shop. In this case, responsibility for data security lies with the relevant bank through whose online banking system the financial transactions are carried out. Alternatively, payment may be made by bank transfer, whereby the Buyer, having printed out the order and visited the nearest bank branch, transfers the money to the online shop’s bank account.
5.5. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods immediately. Only upon receipt of payment for the goods will the parcel be prepared and the delivery period begin.
5.6. If the Buyer fails to make payment within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.

6. Delivery of goods

6.1. The Buyer, having selected a delivery service at the time of placing the order, undertakes to specify the exact delivery address, postcode and provide their correct telephone number.
6.2. The Buyer undertakes to collect the goods in person. In the event that the Buyer is unable to accept the goods in person, but the goods have been delivered to the specified address, the Buyer shall not be entitled to make any claims against the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to an unauthorised person.
6.3. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods on the day following receipt of notification that the parcel will be delivered the following morning. If the Buyer fails to accept and/or collect the parcel, it will be redelivered. The Seller reserves the right to charge the Buyer for repeat deliveries if such deliveries result in additional costs.
6.4. The goods shall be delivered by the Seller, by a representative authorised by the Seller (a courier), or the Buyer may collect them from the nearest post office, parcel collection points or the www.greitasvokas.lt office, depending on the delivery method chosen by the Buyer.
6.5. The Seller may offer delivery discounts if the Buyer’s order exceeds the specified minimum order value.
6.6. The Seller shall deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the delivery times specified in the product descriptions. In exceptional cases, delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. In such cases, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately to agree on the terms of delivery.
6.7. In all cases, the Seller shall be exempt from liability for any breach of the delivery deadlines if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer, or are delivered late, due to the Buyer’s fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
6.8. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the consignment is delivered in crushed or otherwise damaged packaging, if the consignment contains goods not ordered or an incorrect quantity thereof, or if the goods are incomplete.
6.9. If the Buyer notices any damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, they must make a note of this on the delivery document provided by the courier or draw up a separate report detailing such damage. The Buyer must do this in the presence of the courier. Failure to do so shall relieve the Seller of any liability to the Buyer for damage to the goods resulting from damage to the packaging which the Buyer did not note on the courier’s delivery document.
6.10. The Buyer may not, at their own discretion, change the delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched. If the delivery address is changed by personal arrangement with the courier or another delivery service, the Seller shall not be liable for meeting the delivery deadline and shall be entitled to charge the Buyer an additional fee to cover the extra costs incurred as a result of the Buyer’s unauthorised change of delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched. (The costs incurred may be covered by issuing an additional invoice to the Buyer or deducted from the amount to be refunded for the returned goods.
) ​6.11. Where the Buyer has opted for delivery and payment in cash, at the time of delivery of the goods and once the Seller has fulfilled the order, the Seller reserves the right to recover the delivery costs by deducting them from any future refunds, an amount equal to the cost of the chosen delivery method and other expenses, should the Buyer refuse to accept their order.

7. Product quality and warranties

7.1. Details of each product sold in the www.greitasvokas.lt online shop are set out in the product description accompanying each item.
7.2. The Seller shall not be liable if the colour, shape or other parameters of the products displayed on the www.greitasvokas.lt online shop may not correspond to the actual size, shape and colour of the products due to the characteristics of the Buyer’s display.
7.3. The Seller provides a quality guarantee for certain types of products; the specific duration and other terms of this guarantee are set out in the descriptions of such products. In other cases, the guarantee provided for in the relevant legislation shall apply.

8. Liability of the buyer and the seller

8.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Buyer. If the Buyer fails to provide accurate personal data on the registration form, the Seller shall not be liable for any consequences arising therefrom and shall be entitled to claim compensation from the Buyer for any direct losses incurred.
8.2. The Buyer is responsible for any actions carried out whilst using the www.greitasvokas.lt online shop.
8.3. A registered Buyer is responsible for the disclosure of their login details to third parties. If a third party uses the services provided by the www.greitasvokas.lt online shop, the Seller shall regard that person as the Buyer.
8.4. The Seller shall be exempt from any liability in cases where losses arise because the Buyer, failing to take into account the Seller’s recommendations and the Buyer’s obligations, has not familiarised themselves with these Terms and Conditions, even though they were given the opportunity to do so.
8.5. If the Seller’s online shop at www.greitasvokas.lt contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organisations or individuals, the Seller shall not be liable for the information contained therein or the activities carried out there; the Seller does not supervise or control those websites, nor does it represent those companies or individuals.

9. Marketing and information

9.1. The Seller may, at its discretion, organise various types of promotions on the www.greitasvokas.lt online shop, on the www.greitasvokas.lt account on the social networking site Facebook, and via any other information channels.
9.2. The Seller reserves the right, having first informed the buyers, to amend the terms and conditions of the promotions at its sole discretion, or to cancel them. Any changes to the terms of promotions and the procedures on www.greitasvokas.lt initiated by the Seller (including their cancellation) apply only prospectively, i.e. they take effect from the moment they are implemented.
9.3. Specific terms and conditions of certain promotions initiated by the Seller, which apply only to those particular promotions, are set out in the promotional materials for those promotions.
9.4. The Seller has the right to publish comments and reviews written by the Buyer publicly, stating their full name, provided that the comment was written by the Buyer themselves via their account. The Seller reserves the right not to publish publicly any comments that are offensive or abusive, or where the opinion expressed regarding the product(s) is abstract, based on unfounded assumptions and does not correspond to the actual situation.
9.5. The Seller shall send all notifications and promotional messages via the contact details provided by the Buyer in the registration form. If the Buyer does not wish to receive promotional messages by email or SMS, they must inform us of this by emailing pagalba@greitasvokas.lt or by clicking the relevant link in the newsletter (opting out applies only to the receipt of promotional messages by email).
9.6. The Buyer shall send all notifications and enquiries to the telephone numbers and email addresses specified in the ‘Contacts’ section of the Seller’s online shop.
9.7. The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer fails to receive informational or confirmatory messages due to internet connection issues, disruptions to email service providers’ networks, or incorrect details provided by the Buyer.

10. Final provisions

10.1. These Rules for the Sale and Purchase of Goods have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. Any disputes arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure laid down by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
