PRIVACY POLICY
1. Definitions
1.1. The data controller and operator of the website www.greitasvokas.lt (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Data Controller’) is MB Duok penkis, company registration number 303332605, with its registered address at R. Kalantos g. 125A, LT-52312, Kaunas, Republic of Lithuania, email address: info@greitasvokas.lt.
1.2. The Buyer is a natural or legal person of legal capacity who has purchased goods from the online shop www.greitasvokas.lt.
1.3. The Rules on the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter – the Rules) govern the fundamental principles of the collection, processing and storage of personal data, which the Data Controller adheres to when processing the Buyer’s personal data.
1.4. Registration – the entry of the Buyer’s details into the form provided on the website www.greitasvokas.lt.
2. General provisions
2.1. The processing of the Buyer’s personal data is governed by the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legislation regulating the collection of such data, as well as these Terms and Conditions.
2.2. Buyers’ data is collected for specified and legitimate purposes and is processed fairly and accurately.
3. Processing of personal data
3.1. The Buyer agrees that the personal data they voluntarily provide in the registration form shall be processed in accordance with these rules.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to access their personal data and the right to request the rectification of any incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate personal data, or to have it blocked or deleted, by sending an email to pagalba@greitasvokas.lt. In such cases, the seller must comply with the buyer’s request without delay (within 1–2 working days).
3.3. The buyer has the right to obtain information on the sources from which their personal data has been collected, the purposes for which it is processed, and the recipients to whom it is or has been disclosed, at least over the last one year.
3.4. The Customer has the right to request the rectification or erasure of their personal data, or to have the processing of their personal data suspended (except for storage), where the data is being processed in breach of the provisions of the law.
3.5. The Data Controller recognises and respects the right to privacy of every Customer who registers on the online shop www.greitasvokas.lt. The Data Controller collects and uses the Buyer’s personal data (name or first name and surname, address, telephone number, email address and other information provided in the online shop’s registration form) for the purpose of processing orders for goods or services or fulfilling other contractual obligations undertaken. By placing an order or registering, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions of sale, which state that by accepting these terms and conditions, the Buyer consents that the personal data provided by the Buyer may be processed for the purposes of selling goods and services via the online shop at www.greitasvokas.lt, as well as for the purposes of analysing the Seller’s business activities and direct marketing. We send a newsletter up to several times a month to the email address provided by the customer, but we offer the option to unsubscribe (at the end of the newsletter there is an option: ‘unsubscribe’ – once clicked, the customer will no longer receive the newsletter).
3.6. The Data Controller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except for the Data Controller’s partners who provide goods delivery or other related to the proper fulfilment of the Buyer’s order. In all other cases, the Buyer’s personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure laid down by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.7. Personal data is processed using secure measures that protect such data from unauthorised destruction, disclosure or other unlawful acts.
3.8. The personal data of individuals who have consented to their data being used for direct marketing purposes is stored in an active database and used for direct marketing purposes for a period of 2 years.
4. Changes to the rules
4.1. The data controller reserves the right to amend these Terms, in whole or in part, by giving notice of such amendments on the www.greitasvokas.lt online shop.
4.2. Any additions or amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall come into force on the date of their publication, i.e. from the date on which they appear on the online shop at www.greitasvokas.lt.
4.3. If, following an amendment or addition to the Terms and Conditions, the Buyer continues to use the services provided by the online shop, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the new version of the Terms and Conditions.
5. Provision and transfer of information
5.1. All notifications relating to the processing of personal data shall be sent to the Data Controller by email to pagalba@greitasvokas.lt.
5.2. The Data Controller shall provide a response in the same form as that in which the notification or complaint was received.
6. Cookies
6.1. A cookie is a small text file containing a unique identification number which is transmitted from a website to a person’s computer in order to distinguish that computer and browser type and to track the person’s online activity. This unique number identifies the user’s browser each time they visit the website. Cookies do not store personal information (such as the user’s name and address). Websites use cookies to compile statistics, such as the number of visits to the website and traffic levels. Such information is not linked to personal information. 6.2. Cookies are used to create a shopping basket in the online shop (to carry out the website’s core functions) and to compile statistical data on website visitors. When using the website, the customer may be required to register in order to place an order. In such cases, the customer is required to provide personal data (such as their name, email address, telephone number, etc.). The company reserves the right, at its discretion and by all lawful means, to use all information and data provided by the individual, whether submitted during registration or by other means. A cookie is created for the shopping basket when the user adds items to the basket, and is deleted when the user closes (logs out of) the website window (ends the session).
6.3. You may choose to accept or reject cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can change your browser settings if you wish to refuse cookies or receive a warning before they are stored.
