White CD envelopes with air protection (bubble envelopes) are made from strong 80-gram paper. The paper is additionally coated with polyethylene (PE). The bubble wrap, weighing 40 g, keeps the overall weight very low. The bubble wrap is glued to the entire paper surface inside the envelope. This ensures additional strength and better protection for the envelope during transit. The envelopes are easily sealed with a 20 mm wide silicone strip featuring strong adhesive. This prevents accidental opening during transit.
